Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and take orders.
• Check daily cake orders, set up timeline and production schedule.
• Decorate bakery items and stay current on designs and trends.
• Develop daily bakery orders for bakers including cake sizes.
• Lead part-time employees and provide instruction.
• Participate in cross-training of staff.
• Practice proper sanitation and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Deliver wedding cakes on site and set up outside the store.
• Communicate with Bakery Manager daily regarding displays and needs.
