Job summary

Responsibilities

• Answer questions about products and assist customers in the department and store.

• Decorate cakes, pastries, and other bakery items.
• Check product quality and freshness; monitor sell-by dates and stock accordingly.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise; handle discrepancies.
• Follow health, safety, and store policies; report safety issues.
• Operate bakery equipment safely and maintain cleanliness.
