Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Baker to prepare fresh breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes and production methods. You will measure, mix, shape, bake, and decorate items while ensuring consistency and quality.

You will maintain a clean, organized workspace, rotate and label ingredients, and display products in well-stocked cases. You’ll assist customers, take special orders, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• As a Baker, prepare breads, pastries, cakes and desserts using established recipes and production methods.
• Measure, mix, shape, bake, and decorate items; maintain quality and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and rotate-label ingredients.
• Assist customers with product questions and special orders; provide friendly service.
