Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is looking for a Baker to prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes. You will measure, mix, shape, and bake items, decorating as needed while keeping a clean, organized work area and ensuring product quality.

You will interact with customers, take special orders, and help create a positive experience in a fast-paced bakery. Flexibility with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior baking or food production experience preferred.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts using established recipes.
• Measure, mix, shape, and bake products; decorate items as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and rotate/label ingredients.
• Assist customers with product questions and special orders; provide friendly service.
