Job summary

Grace Church Eden Prairie is seeking a Creative Arts Associate to coordinate production for weekly services and special events at the EP Auditorium and The Co. You will lead producer duties for multiple worship experiences, oversee the Sunday and The Co schedules, and ensure a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience required: 2–4 years of experience in Production/Creative field preferred.
• Knowledge of creative arts, production management, and some AVL operations.
• Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively across departments.
• Experience using ProPresenter, Planning Center, Slack, Monday, and Basecamp preferred, or other service planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production of services and events for EP Auditorium and The Co.
• Producer for Grace Church Auditorium and The Co services and events.
• Oversee weekly schedule of special elements, announcements, etc.
• Maintain culture of excellence on services and events.
• Coordinate meetings, teams, and information for effective production.
• Provide feedback for ministry partners on creative arts, content, and design.
• Recruit, develop and support volunteers for production and CA teams.
• Manage planning process for Sundays and events, tracking and delegating needs.
• Collaborate with Director of Creative Arts on timing, service order, and changes for quality and flow.
