You are:

The Senior Project Manager’s responsibilities include the coordination and monitoring of project deliverables, schedule, and scope. You will oversee all aspects of the project including deadlines, milestones, assignments, and risk management, along with summarizing project status.

The work:

  1. Apply appropriate project management standards
  2. Oversee various types of mid- to large-scale digital projects from initial concept to delivery within the established scope, timing, budget, and quality
  3. Plan and monitor project artifacts through the creation, development, review, and approval process
  4. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including regular status touchpoints with internal team members and milestone meetings with the client
  5. Manage all change requests, validate the budget/schedule impacts, and communicate approved changes to all team members
  6. Actively partner with clients and client engagement teams to identify new opportunities addressing critical business needs
  7. Manage forecasts, financials, and profitability, along with corresponding reporting within projects
  8. Partner with account management on scoping and pricing new opportunities
  9. Develop, implement, and maintain overall processes and procedures to drive greater efficiency and quality of work
  10. Liaise with program management and related projects to ensure work is neither overlooked nor duplicated
  11. Monitor overall progress and resource use, initiating corrective actions where necessary
  12. Ensure project compliance with all Accenture security standards
  13. Maintain awareness of potential interdependencies with other projects and their impacts
  14. Identify and obtain support and advice for project management, planning, and control
  15. Conduct project evaluation reviews to assess management effectiveness
  16. Work with Legal, Finance, and Operations to define contracts (SOWs); assist with MSA and NDA development
  17. Collaborate across account, creative, strategy, design, and production teams to deliver exceptional work

Here’s what you’ll need:

  1. Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  2. 5+ years of related work experience
  3. Minimum of three years planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, display advertising)
  4. Proven expertise with project delivery methods including waterfall, agile, and scrum

Bonus points if:

  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)
  2. Experience with CMT accounts
