The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience, and certifications. Position Overview:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead project management for multi-channel creative elements and experiences, including brand development, packaging, and in-store marketing, from concept to delivery. You will coordinate projects across teams, hierarchies, and categories.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end project development and execution strategies
  • Establishing and communicating detailed timelines and deliverables
  • Serving as main contact for creative and business partners
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintaining strategic partnerships and efficient working relationships
  • Clarifying roles and responsibilities within project workflows
  • Demonstrating critical thinking to align work
  • Overseeing projects from start to finish, leveraging appropriate experts
  • Identifying risks and setting expectations proactively

Team Leadership:

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Providing feedback, coaching, and guidance
  • Celebrating successes and crediting contributions
  • Promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning

About You:

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of industry experience across advertising, direct mail, packaging, video, social, digital, or experiential
  • Ability to manage complex projects with ambiguity
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and initiative skills
  • Clear and succinct communication skills

This position operates as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day, requiring work both onsite at Target HQ in Minnesota and virtually, depending on daily needs. Work outside the country is not permitted unless specified. Learn more about Minnesota here.
