You are:

We are seeking a dynamic Creative Director experienced in driving, concepting, pitching, and delivering omni-channel, brand-building campaigns that meet strategic client needs, especially for Fortune 500 companies. You should be capable of leading all creative aspects of projects, providing guidance on art and copy, and leading integrated teams with a focus on creative excellence. Your role involves presenting work directly to clients and collaborating across disciplines including strategy, media, data/analytics, and technology. A diverse portfolio demonstrating experience across the funnel is essential.

The work:
  • Concept, pitch, and deliver branding, campaigns, and digital experiences
  • Lead creative teams across design and copy
  • Build review decks and present to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-discipline leads to ensure project success
  • Develop meaningful client relationships
  • Contribute hands-on work within your discipline when necessary
  • Support new business initiatives through concepting and deck building
Basic Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of agency or equivalent experience in creative across all media including digital, social, film, longform content, and print
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams and presenting to clients
  • Exceptional online portfolio showcasing diverse creative work for multiple brands
Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) clients
  • An award-winning, industry-recognized portfolio (OneShow, D&AD, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years), preferably in advertising or a related field
  • Experience using GenAI to enhance the creative process
  • A clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising
  • Knowledge of industry-standard creative software and GenAI tools
  • Fluency in social media platforms and trends
  • Experience with scaled Agency of Record (AOR) engagements
  • Passion for integrating creativity, data, and technology
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
  • Strong storytelling and narrative structuring skills for presentations and pitches
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
