Symphony Care Network, LLC. seeks an Activity Assistant to implement the facility's activities and events under the supervision of the Activity Director.

You will help create a well-rounded program that enriches residents' lives while following state and federal guidelines. Responsibilities include coordinating activities with staff and volunteers, transporting residents to programs, observing participation, and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff.

Formación

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience working with senior groups preferred.
• Knowledge of and experience with various arts and crafts preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements the Activity Program in accordance with the monthly calendar and Director of Activities' direction.
• Observe and report Residents' attendance, participation, and behavior changes.
• Transports Residents to and from programs and assists with community trips as scheduled.
• Coordinates activity programs with volunteers from the surrounding community.
• Maintain safety and adherence to infection control and privacy standards.
