Complete Care at Christian Home in Waupun, WI is seeking an Activities Assistant to transform daily life for residents through art, music, and meaningful connection. You will curate experiences, lead workshops, and host therapeutic activities that feel like home.

Ideal candidates bring creativity, energy, and strong communication, with experience in long-term care. The role offers a full-time schedule (Tuesday-Saturday) and opportunities to collaborate with the nursing team and Activities

Qualifications

• Artistically inclined with experience in music, art, or therapeutic recreation.
• Experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication for elderly care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to assist with event setups.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead art, music, and group activities for residents.
• Foster resident engagement and social interaction.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to plan and execute seasonal events.
• Maintain an organized creative space and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Record participation and share observations with the nursing team.
