Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creative Program Leadership: Design and implement group and one-on-one programs—from art therapy and live music sessions to cognitive games that foster social interaction and joy.
• Resident Connection: Spend meaningful time with residents, encouraging them to rediscover their passions and stay active in our community.
• Collaborative Planning: Brainstorm and execute events and seasonal celebrations.
• Holistic Coordination: Maintain a well-organized creative space, ensuring supplies are ready and inventoried.
• Clinical Collaboration: Keep accurate records of participation and share observations with the nursing team.
