Harvest Home Senior Living Services in Mount Pleasant, WI, is seeking an Activity Director to oversee the Social Engagement and Enrichment Program for seniors with dementia. Responsibilities

• Promotes Harvest Home mission and philosophy in daily work.
• Provides caregivers and volunteers with planned activities and equipment.
• Documents resident participation in group and individual programs.
• Carries out activities such as events, outings, and entertainment.
• Manages activity supplies within budget and procurement rules.
• Photographs events per HIPAA preferences.
• Reports any abuse or concerns to the appropriate authorities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
