Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs and activities promoting socialization, creativity, and wellbeing for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Assess resident cognitive and physical abilities to tailor activity levels and ensure inclusivity.
• Set up activity spaces and ensure equipment and supplies are ready for use.
• Facilitate individual and group activities and document participation and outcomes.
