Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing and executing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities.
• Prepare activity spaces and ensure equipment and supplies are ready.
• Lead and document activities and outcomes, including arts and crafts, games, and social gatherings.
