Responsibilities

• Lead engaging recreational and social activities for residents to promote community and improve quality of life.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and encouraging involvement.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusivity.
• Prepare activity spaces and organize equipment and supplies for activities.
• Facilitate individual and group activities (arts and crafts, games, music, exercise, social gatherings) and document participation and outcomes.
