The Avenue at Aurora is seeking a compassionate and creative Activities Assistant to enrich residents' lives through meaningful activities, programs, and events at our 5-star post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility in Aurora, Ohio.

You will plan and lead individual and group activities, tailor programs to resident interests, and collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to promote socialization and quality of life.

• Previous activities programming or long-term care experience preferred.
