Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and leading individual and group activities.
• Visit residents and tailor activities to interests and needs.
• Manage and organize activity supplies and equipment.
• Document resident participation and assist with Resident Council.
• Coordinate evening, weekend, holiday, and community events.
• Promote resident engagement and quality of life.
• Follow safety and infection control procedures during activities.
• Collaborate with residents, families, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
