Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Our client is an advertising company. They seek a Creative Account Director to join their Long Island City, NY office.

Responsibilities

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
  • Capabilities to execute upsell and cross-sell strategies to unlock business opportunities
  • Demonstrates a player-coach leadership style, effectively managing and supporting the team while motivating and challenging them to produce innovative and impactful creative work.
  • Provide direct reports with challenging assignments and ongoing constructive feedback, while applying strong strategic acumen to manage recurring reporting and briefing responsibilities.
  • Ability to work and manage projects in Asana in coordination with other internal stakeholders
  • Track clear KPIs for each team member/ set a clear and strategically led growth plan for the Account Department
  • Strong decision maker, business and ROI oriented
  • Demonstrates strong financial acumen in managing client portfolios, project scopes, and team resource allocations.
  • Reconcile each month's invoicing
  • Drive business opportunities through internal process: qualifying opportunities, lead/oversee pitch process, and determine effective + strategic pitch-winning deliverables (RFP or pitch deck)
  • Partner with the sales team to unlock key opportunities for new and existing clients

Requirements

  • 7+ years in an agency or related environment (marketing, brand team, etc)
  • Bring advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Committed to driving client growth and building strong, trusted business partnerships.
  • Experienced in managing 360° integrated creative campaigns across digital, social, TV, OOH, and media, with familiarity in project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or similar platforms
