Job summary

Village Hotel Asheville in the Antler Hill Village at Biltmore is seeking Café Attendants to provide warm hospitality at The Kitchen and other F&B locations. This flexible, part-time role averages 20–29 hours per week with tips and a base rate of $18–$22 per hour.

Responsibilities include serving guests, keeping areas stocked and clean, learning Micros, handling cash, and maintaining health standards. Strong teamwork is essential to deliver a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or guest service experience preferred.
• Cheerful, caring attitude and commitment to world class service.
• Basic math skills for cash and credit handling.
• Able to learn Biltmore products/services and procedures quickly.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests and provide attentive hospitality.
• Keep the area stocked, neat, and clean at all times.
• Learn Micros system and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness per Health Department guidelines.
• Know menu offerings and assist team as needed.
