Creamery PM Supervisor
Job Summary: This position supervises evening store closing functions, including stocking grocery and produce shelves, overseeing grocery operations and training grocery employees, overseeing restaurant operations and training grill and ice cream employees, customer service and general cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Product stocking and store organization; refill products as needed.
- Ensure product quality through FIFO rotation.
- Supervise and mentor student crew in stocking shelves.
- Verify and enforce safety training requirements; conduct daily training follow‑up.
- Provide timely and accurate feedback to employees to encourage improvement.
- Close grill equipment for the evening; ensure equipment cleanliness and functionality.
- Oversee dinner crew; verify equipment cleanliness and ensure customer service and trust.
- Maintain product quality and temperature standards.
- Inventory control and ordering of products.
- Handle cash register final count and nightly balance of funds.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail/restaurant environment.
- Physical exam and lift test will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
- Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter‑day Saints must hold a current temple recommend.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in the food industry.
Physical Demands
- Moderate physical effort: frequent handling of medium‑weight objects (20–50lb), use of hand tools, climbing and working from ladders or awkward positions.
- Exposure to variable temperatures: freezer (≈–20°C for 15min daily), cooler (<40°F for 30min daily), and wet environments; coat, gloves and headgear provided.
- Daily handling of 30–50lb products (1–2hrs), working in freezing temperatures up to –20°C for short periods.
- Constant exposure to weather conditions in dock area.

Compensation
Pay Level: 48. Typical starting pay: $20.50 – $26.50 per hour, $42,500 – $55,000 per year (based on experience). The actual compensation will consider internal equity and other factors. Candidates with significant experience may receive an offer higher than the posted range.
