SHAKE SMART SUPERVISOR

Location: 200 S Central Campus Drive, Rm 30, Salt Lake City, UT 84112. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full‑time. Varying shifts available between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Details provided during interview.

Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.

Requirements: 1–2 years of food‑service supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly inventory audits, analyze trends, and optimize ordering practices.
• Manage weekly product ordering for multiple locations, coordinate with vendors, resolve shortages, and maintain consistency.
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of brand standards and ensure execution across all operational areas.
• Conduct and participate in monthly brand and safety audits, as well as bi‑annual corporate audits.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards; keep accurate daily compliance records.
• Provide training, create work schedules, evaluate performance, and mentor staff.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management.
• Act as contact for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
