• 10+ years of commercial loan documentation experience.
• Experience managing CRE/Structured Lending documentation teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop CRE Document Officers and Document Services Specialists.
• Establish service standards, productivity expectations, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate complex lending documentation including syndicated facilities, participations, and SBA lending.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, bank policies, and audit requirements.
