Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, researching the market, negotiating acquisitions and leases, and maintaining client relationships through effective service and industry engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Proficient in financial analysis and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong sales skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new business opportunities via canvassing, calls, market research and targeted networking.
• Develop, enhance and leverage knowledge of the local economy and real estate market, including property listings, tenants and trends.
• Facilitate and negotiate acquisitions and lease transactions for clients.
• Maintain accurate market data and client research.
• Prepare strategies for client meetings with firm professionals.
• Organize, manage, deliver and report on real estate transaction activities.
• Maintain and enhance client relationships with best-in-class service.
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows and networking events.

Educación

Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, business, economics or related field
