Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager in San Francisco to originate CRE loans, develop business, and manage client relationships across the Bay Area.

The role requires expertise in CRE lending, loan origination, credit analysis, and portfolio management, with a strong network of property owners, developers, brokers, and referral sources preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in the San Francisco market.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRE lending or commercial banking.
• Proven CRE loan origination & business development.
• Strong CRE credit & financial analysis.
• Experience evaluating borrower financials and property cash flow.
• Established SF Bay Area network of CRE investors, property owners, developers, brokers, or referral sources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Originate and develop new commercial real estate loan opportunities.
• Build relationships with commercial property owners, investors, developers, brokers, and business owners.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and existing relationships.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial real estate clients.
• Analyze borrower financial statements, cash flow, credit history, property information, and overall creditworthiness.
• Evaluate CRE transactions and recommend appropriate loan structures.
• Prepare and present loan requests for credit approval.
• Develop additional deposits, cash management, and business banking relationships.
• Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate credit, loan, and portfolio documentation.
• Partner with underwriting, credit, loan processing, and internal banking teams throughout the lending process.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing portfolio support.
