Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $240,000.00/yr

JCW is seeking an experienced CRE lender to originate and manage real estate lender finance transactions (note-on-note, warehouse lines) and direct real estate loans (acquisition, construction, bridge). Responsible for new business development, portfolio management, and serving as the primary client contact from origination through loan maturity.

• Developing and managing relationships with sponsors, real estate credit funds, and private credit providers.


• Sourcing new business, cross-selling bank products, and enhancement of portfolio quality.


• Leading transaction structuring, credit reviews, and preparing/presenting credit applications.

Qualifications

• 10+ years CRE banking experience.


• Knowledge of note-on-note and construction finance.


• Strong underwriting, credit analysis, and capital markets skills.
