Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRE project lending and institutional financing.
• Demonstrated sales, marketing and leadership skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Credit underwriting skills, financial accounting understanding, and loan underwriting knowledge.
• Familiarity with interest rate management, deposits, cash management and fee-based products; strong written and verbal skills.
• Must obtain SIE, Series 7 & 63 within 180 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage an extensive portfolio of CRE clients and prospects with revenues in the multi‑million to multi‑billion range.
• Acquire, deepen and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting.
• Interpret financial statements to assess company health and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (IB, FX, Wealth, Credit, Treasury) to design and deliver financial solutions.
• Lead dialogue with complex clients on industry, capital structures, and business issues.
• Adapt to changing sales practices and broader market conditions.
