Job summary

Nomura is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Product Control Associate in New York to join the Finance department. The role includes daily and monthly CRE P&L, sign-off on flash-to-actual analyses, and balance sheet attestations.

You will track activity across multiple legal entities and collaborate with Front Office, Regulatory, Treasury, Operations, Corporate Control, IT, and Market Risk to enhance the analytical environment, including P&L explanations and derivative analyses.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in financial markets.
• Direct CRE Product Control experience or similar.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field; CPA a plus.
• Strong Excel and PeopleSoft skills; solid accounting fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Daily and monthly P&L for CRE with sign-off on flash-to-actual analysis.
• Track activity across multiple legal entities.
• Interact with Front Office, Regulatory, Treasury, Operations, IT and more.
• Develop analytical environment with P&L explanations and derivative analyses.
