Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. seeks a CRE Portfolio Manager II to service, deepen, and retain profitable commercial relationships. You will evaluate risks, monitor credit quality, and work with regional leaders and relationship managers to grow portfolio revenue.

You will oversee underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and delinquencies while collaborating with treasury management and other teams to present practical Huntington financial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years CRE experience

Responsibilities

• Manages a portfolio of commercial customers in partnership with the relationship manager.
• Regularly engages with the relationship manager to oversee customer relationships.
• Proactively evaluates and mitigates business risks and opportunities for assigned relationships.
• Collaborates with Relationship Managers to grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue.
• Owns credit quality and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks, including risk rating new credits and updating risk grades.
• Underwrites quality, administers portfolios, and maintains ongoing credit quality.
• Interacts with Team Leader, Relationship Managers, Regional CRE Management, and Regional Credit Officer.
• Supports loan closings with RM and presents credit actions to Senior Loan Committee.
• Performs portfolio reviews with senior management and mentors Credit Analysts.
