Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a CRE Portfolio Manager III to proactively evaluate and mitigate risks while deepening profitable relationships within the Commercial Real Estate portfolio.

You will oversee credit quality, underwriting, and portfolio administration, collaborating with relationship managers and senior leadership to optimize fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue across Huntington's CRE segment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated knowledge in business/finance/accounting.
• 12+ years related CRE experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns primary responsibility for credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks.
• Underwrites quality, administers portfolio, maintains credit quality with regional teams.
• Grow fees, deposits, and portfolio revenue by presenting Huntington financial solutions.
• Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base, portfolio reviews, and risk analyses.
• Maintain regular contact with relationship managers and lead portfolio management efforts.
• Present credit actions to Senior Loan Committee when needed.
• Conduct portfolio reviews with senior management.
• Mentor Credit Analysts to develop required competencies.
