Job summary

Huntington National Bank's Regional Banking team seeks a seasoned CRE Portfolio Manager to partner with Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers. You will evaluate complex commercial real estate lending opportunities, shape risk-adjusted decisions, and help drive portfolio performance across markets with a data-driven, client-focused approach.

In this exempt, on-site role, you’ll conduct annual credit reviews, assign risk ratings, and participate in enterprise-wide credit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of Commercial or Business Banking Portfolio Management and/or credit experience.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline, or equivalent banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to Regional Presidents, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers, evaluating CRE lending opportunities.
• Review and assess credit requests with thoughtful analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with relationship management teams to conduct portfolio reviews and identify risks and opportunities.
• Participate in portfolio review discussions and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Perform annual credit reviews and assign risk ratings to support portfolio health.
• Contribute to strategic discussions and special projects across the region.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
