Huntington is seeking a CRE Portfolio Manager I to service and deepen profitable customer relationships by evaluating risks and opportunities in the commercial real estate portfolio.

You will underwrite, monitor credit quality, collaborate with Relationship Managers, and lead portfolio reviews, contributing to revenue growth while upholding Huntington policies and guiding principles. Office-based with potential flexible arrangements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business/finance or accounting.
• 1+ year of commercial credit experience.
• 3+ years of portfolio management and/or credit analysis experience.

Responsabilidades

• Underwrite commercial portfolio risks and monitor credit quality.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to optimize revenue.
• Provide portfolio reviews and risk ratings for assigned accounts.
• Mentor Credit Analysts and support team development.
• Prepare written analyses for loan actions and Senior Loan Committee when needed.
