Job summary

CBRE is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support Portfolio Managers in managing CRE loan portfolios. You will research and analyze properties, loans, and portfolios, and assist in preparing data for lender decisions.

You will monitor performance and generate monthly and quarterly reports while delivering excellent client service. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of related experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze CRE properties, loans and portfolios and present findings clearly.
• Strong knowledge of financial terms and ability to calculate percentages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and financial analysis of CRE properties, loans and portfolios.
• Assist with data compilation for lender decisions and present analyses for investment decisions.
• Monitor performance of assigned CRE loan portfolios and prepare monthly/ quarterly reports.
• Provide general customer service to clients and related contacts.
