Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a commercial real estate mortgage loan production office or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• Experience in CRE (brokerage, lending, appraisal, property management) or data analysis preferred.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excel and modeling skills preferred.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for data analysis or presentation is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining viable loan executions and financing options.
• Review borrower materials for preliminary loan analysis.
• Handle preliminary screening, underwriting analysis, and structuring of lending opportunities.
• Prepare preliminary loan packages and submissions to lenders.
• Assess strengths and weaknesses with market analysis and comps.
• Complete forms for pre-application and firm applications.
• Maintain contact database of borrowers, lenders, brokers in CRE.
• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure timely submissions.
• Provide market research data for loan opportunities and support lead generation.
