Job summary

BWE is seeking a Production Analyst in Boca Raton, FL to assist loan originators across Agency, FHA, LifeCo, CMBS, Banks, and Debt Funds. You will help determine viable loan executions, review borrower materials, and support underwriting and structuring of lending opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in CRE mortgage production, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and Excel modeling skills to drive timely loan submissions.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in a commercial real estate mortgage loan production office or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance or equivalent education and related training.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong Excel and modeling skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Originators with loan viability analyses and financing alternatives.
• Review borrower materials for preliminary loan analysis.
• Support preliminary screening, underwriting, and structuring of lending opportunities.
• Prepare preliminary loan packages and submissions to lenders/investors.
• Assess strengths/weaknesses of transactions with market analysis and comps.
• Assist with forms for pre-application and firm applications.
• Maintain contact database of borrowers, lenders, brokers, and others in CRE/finance.
• Support market research and lead generation using third-party data sources.
