• Prepare credit facility applications as part of underwriting.
• Develop lending and deposit opportunities with clients.
• Collect information for credit analyses and facility evaluations.
• Respond to client inquiries on facilities and procedures.
• Monitor utilization of credit facilities.
• Conduct calls and site visits to assess construction progress.
• Monitor delinquent or problem loans.
