Piedmont Capital in Oakland, CA is hiring for a full-time Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer. This 100% commission-based role targets a first-year range of $50,000 to $100,000, with significant upside in subsequent years as relationships and deal flow grow.

Candidates may hold a California Real Estate license or plan to obtain one. Prior success in commercial property financing, investor outreach, or business development is preferred. Strong networking will drive long-term earnings.

Qualifications

• California real estate license is required or a plan to obtain one.
• Business or sales experience is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
• Experience with commercial property, lending, investor outreach, or business development is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Contact commercial real estate investors with financing and refinancing solutions.
• Identify financing needs, learn rates and programs, match properties with lending options.
• Perform due diligence on refinancing transactions.
• Build relationships with financing partners.
• Maintain investor files with property data, borrower objectives, lender terms, and deadlines.
