Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation in Charlotte, NC seeks a Loan Administration Specialist to perform loan boarding, servicing setup, and document validation for commercial real estate loans.

You will review executed documents, validate loan balances, rates, escrow, and collateral data, and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate servicing. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work.
• Good organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multi‑task in a high‑paced environment with heavy interaction with borrowers.
• Ability to work in both a team or individual environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.

Responsibilities

• Perform loan boarding and servicing‑system setup for commercial real estate loans.
• Review executed loan and transaction documents to identify servicing requirements.
• Board and validate CMBS, SASB, master servicing, and other CRE transactions.
• Validate loan balances, payment terms, interest rates, escrow and collateral data.
• Identify discrepancies between boarding data and loan documents.
