Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years in commercial real estate law
Experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases
Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of commercial properties
Familiarity with franchise-related leasing or distribution agreements preferred
Experience handling asset acquisitions is a plus
Strong law firm experience

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial lease agreements
Advise clients on leasing structures and ongoing lease-related matters
Support acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of commercial real estate assets
Assist with development projects and related transactional work
Represent clients in franchise-related leasing and related agreements
Review and negotiate agreements related to renewals, assignments, and transfers
Conduct and manage due diligence in real estate transactions
Provide general corporate real estate support in connection with transactional matters
