Job summary

CBRE Investment Sales Analyst in Atlanta will develop proposals, presentations and offering memorandums for commercial real estate dispositions. You will support the brokerage team, create marketing materials, and analyze market conditions.

You will also maintain CRM, coordinate with clients and vendors, and contribute to business development efforts to improve team efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales team in implementing business strategies.
• Create marketing materials for industrial property offerings.
• Build property marketing campaigns including flyers, brochures, and proposals.
• Draft overviews to summarize salient points for print and digital materials.
• Conduct and analyze market research for use in offerings and presentations.
• Prepare and present data research for projects and impacts on offerings.
