Job summary

CBRE Investment Sales Analyst in Atlanta will develop proposals, presentations and offering memorandums for commercial real estate dispositions. You will support the brokerage team, create marketing materials, and analyze market conditions.

You will also maintain CRM, coordinate with clients and vendors, and contribute to business development efforts to improve team efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and InDesign.

About theRole:

As a CBREInvestment Sales Analyst, you will spearhead the development of deliverablesincluding proposals, presentations and offering memorandums focused oncommercial real estate disposition strategies for clients.

This job is partof the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for selling commercialproperties on behalf of clients for investment.

What You’llDo:
  • Support Sales team members in the implementation of business strategies.
  • Assist in the strategy and creation of marketing materials for industrial property offerings.
  • Build and produce property marketing campaigns that include property information materials. This includes the design of flyers, property brochures, and proposals.
  • Draft overviews to summarize the salient points of offerings for use in print and digital materials.
  • Conduct and analyze research of market conditions for use in offering materials and presentations.
  • Prepare and present data research for projects, along with their relative impact on offerings and/or business.
  • Design, generate, review, and understand processes and reports related to the industry.
  • Work with clients, third-party vendors, and team members to complete tasks throughout the disposition process.
  • Create targeted mailing lists for the distribution of materials and monitor investor interest.
  • Maintain and update CRM system, intranet, and external website.
  • Assist in business development opportunities, helping the team with marketing efforts with new or existing clients.
  • Serve as a point of contact for the sales team for information requests.
  • Suggest improvements to processes to increase the efficiency of the team objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies.
  • Explain difficult or sensitive information.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and internet research is mandatory. Experience with Creative Suite and the ability to edit templates in PowerPoint and InDesign preferred.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
