Job summary
Stifel Financial Corp. in Dublin, OH is seeking a CRE Credit Analyst II to provide analytical support for underwriting, monitoring, and administration of commercial real estate lending relationships.
You will analyze borrower financials, prepare credit memos, and support ongoing portfolio monitoring with discipline and accuracy. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Relationship Managers, and Credit Officers, contributing to sound credit decisions and maintaining compliance with loan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate or related field and 2+ years CRE lending or credit analysis.
- Ability to analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements and cash flows.
- Experience with underwriting standards and credit approval processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze borrower, guarantor, and sponsor financial information to support underwriting.
- Prepare financial spreads, cash flow analyses, and debt service calculations.
- Assist in credit approval memoranda, annual reviews, and renewals.
- Evaluate CRE collateral, market conditions, and appraisal data.
- Monitor portfolios, covenant testing, and risk rating recommendations.
- Gather due diligence materials and support loan approvals.
