Job summary

MidFirst Business Credit, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Analyst to produce analyses of rent rolls, leasing activity, and operating performance for loan portfolios.

You will support loan officers and senior management with thorough written analyses and data-driven insights. Applicants should have at least three years of CRE analysis experience at a financial institution, strong Excel/Word skills, and familiarity with CRE data tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional CRE analysis experience in a financial institution.
• Experience producing written analyses of CRE properties focusing on operating performance and rent rolls.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; familiarity with Moody’s Risk Analyst, IBS Insight, OnBase, and BankerInsight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Produce analysis of CRE properties including rent rolls, leasing activity, and operating performance (historical and projections).
• Research CRE markets, comparable properties, public records, and business/entity information.
• Assess financial condition of borrowers to evaluate debt servicing and rent payment ability.
• Assist Loan Officers by preparing reports used by Senior Management.
• Coordinate delivery of external reports (appraisals, environmental assessments) and address internal issues.
• Contact bank customers to gather required information.
• Support special projects from Loan Officers and Senior Management.
