Job summary

Republic Bank is seeking a Construction Loan Administration Specialist in Louisville, KY. This full-time role monitors residential and commercial construction projects up to $3MM to make draw disbursements. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

and have 2+ years of commercial banking and construction admin experience. Strong MS Word/Excel skills are required. Travel may be involved; flexibility for evenings or overtime is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ Commercial Banking experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ construction administrative experience preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Set up new draw files and determine the method of monitoring projects sources & uses.
• Conduct pre-construction conferences with borrower, GC, contractors and loan team to discuss disbursement process.
• Review detailed construction cost sheet values for completeness and reasonableness based on the project.
• Provide approval to the appraisal group to order the subject to appraisal once plans, specs, and budgets are current.
• Evaluate construction draws including borrower equity injection, change orders, soft costs, lien waivers, invoices, etc.
• Order construction progress inspections and calculate draw amounts from inspector’s site observations.
• Coordinate with title company for date down endorsements as applicable.
• Process construction draws upon approval by Team Lead or Manager.
