Job summary

Servbank is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Construction Loan Administrator to manage construction and term loans for commercial projects. The role focuses on loan documentation, regulatory compliance, and accurate records.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of CRE construction loan administration experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with lenders, underwriters, and colleagues across departments. This is a full-time on-site role at our Phoenix office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in commercial real estate construction loan administration or related field.
• Solid understanding of construction lending practices and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with loan documentation, processing systems, and file management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage end-to-end loan process including application review, approval, and disbursement.
• Oversee construction monitoring, site inspections, draw requests, and progress verification.
• Ensure loan packages meet credit conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for borrowers and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain organized loan files and documentation for audits and reporting.
• Generate and maintain reports to meet federal regulations and internal needs.
• Collaborate with underwriters, relationship managers, and other departments to streamline operations.
• Assist in portfolio management and monitoring loan performance.
