Job summary

Bellwether, a global advisory firm, is seeking a Closing Team Associate to support the execution of debt and equity investments in CRE. The role works with underwriting, legal, asset management, treasury, and external consultants to complete due diligence and close transactions.

You will manage the closing process end-to-end, coordinate third-party reports, lead post‑closing transitions, and ensure accurate documentation and financial tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum four years of experience in transaction closing, debt origination support, capital markets, or real-estate legal function.
• Direct experience closing commercial real-estate debt and/or equity transactions and managing due-diligence checklists.

Responsibilities

• Own the closing process from start to finish once a term sheet is signed.
• Draft and maintain the due diligence checklist as the operational tracker.
• Coordinate third‑party diligence and review deliverables with the origination team.
• Support post‑closing transition and cash‑flow modeling.
