Job summary

Huntington National Bank in Wisconsin is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to identify and execute cross-sales within an existing Business Banking Treasury Management portfolio.

You will compile data for TM Sales Advisors, support pricing analyses, and collaborate with Relationship partners to meet revenue goals. The role requires independent workflow management with minimal oversight and may involve light travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related discipline or five years banking/treasury experience.
• 1+ years of Treasury Management experience.
• Three plus years of Treasury Management Experience.
• One plus year of Commercial Banking Experience.
• Sales experience with a proven record of exceeding goals.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Compiles data for TM Sales Advisors, complete relationship reviews and pro-forma pricing analyses.
• Handles clients' sales needs and may oversee a portion of an Advisor's portfolio.
• Direct sales via telephone and calls with advisors/Relationship partners; minimal travel.
• Contribute to team revenue goals through identified sales opportunities.
• Independently manage workflow and role expectations with little oversight.
• Proactively manage portfolio, risk-related and pricing activities.
• Execute and complete special projects by deadlines; perform other duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Compiles data for TM Sales Advisors, completed relationship reviews, and pro-forma pricing analyses and handles client's sales needs.
• May have direct responsibility across a certain portion of an Advisor's portfolio.
• Direct sales via telephone as well as individual and joint calls with advisors and/or Relationship partners is required. Minimal travel may be required.
• Responsible for contributing to team revenue goals through identified sales opportunities.
• Must be able to independently manage workflow and expectations of the role with little oversight.
• Proactively manage portfolio and all risk related and pricing activities.
• Responsible for executing and accurately completing special projects, as assigned, by expected deadlines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline or the equivalent experience of five (5) years of experience in banking and / or Treasury in lieu of degree.
• 1+ years of Treasury Management experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Three plus years of Treasury Management Experience
• One plus year of Commercial Banking Experience
• Sales Experience with Proven Record of Exceeding Goal Expectations
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working Knowledge of Sales Force software
