Candidate should have extensive crane knowledge and the ability to read lift plans, with a willingness to travel and work in a union environment. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring OSHA competency and related qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or vocational degree preferred.
• CDL and NCCCO certification preferred; TWIC card preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of crane functionality and terminology; ability to read lift plans and rigging drawings.

Responsibilities

• Direct assembly or disassembly of scheduled crawler crane movements.
• Ensure on-site safety and customer satisfaction for delivered products.
• Complete inspections, lift plans, and job-specific requirements before commencement.
• Maintain communication with regional managers and branch personnel during operations.
• Identify and locate crane components; manage inventory of attachments and parts.
