The position operates on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6am-2:30pm) with a starting pay of $20.00 per hour, emphasizing safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience safely operating power tools is required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble crates according to standard work and drawings.
• Read method sheets, diagrams and blueprints to determine crate construction.
• Identify and report quality defects or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety rules.
