This role requires using table saws, nail guns, staple guns, and other power tools, reading a measuring tape, and performing basic quality inspections.

You will locate materials, prepare shipments with a forklift and overhead cranes, and perform packaging, labeling, and loading while maintaining a clean, safe work area

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with pneumatic and power tools is required.
• Must have experience reading a measuring tape.
• Perform basic visual quality inspections on products.
• Utilize power tools and various equipment as needed to perform duties.
• Able to operate a sit-down forklift.
• Experience in inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on work orders.
• Prepare and move products for shipment using a forklift and overhead cranes.
• Perform duties such as manual lifting, packaging, taping, banding, labeling operations, and sorting.
• Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow safety policies.
