Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited program.
• 3 years vehicle development experience and 1 year safety development.
• Ability to guide design via virtual analyses and physical testing.
• Familiar with domestic and global vehicle regulatory requirements.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and clear results presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety development activities for assigned vehicle programs.
• Support impact script development and test plans for crash ratings.
• Own safety performance for integration and validation with attribute teams.
• Investigate root causes and coordinate cross-discipline issue resolution.
• Plan and execute physical and component testing from concept to launch; travel as needed.
